La ubicación. Es fácil llegar desde Fondanente Nova con equipaje de mano. Desde el apartamento se puede recorrer toda Venecia andando sin problema. El baño es agradable. La climatización funciona bien.
En la cama de matrimonio no hay iluminación adecuada para leer antes de dormir, por ejemplo. Las ventanas, por fuera, están muy sucias y no es agradable abrirlas para ventilar la estancia. La limpieza, en general, es muy justa.

Lovely central and spacious apartment
The host was friendly and met us earlier than our check-in time to hand us the key. The apartment was central and spacious, with lovely finishes. It was perfect for a family of four with older teenagers.
Basic things like sugar, tea, coffee, shower gel, hand wash would have been nice to have. The place doesn't have much natural light but we were out most of the time.

Zakochałam się w Wenecji i klimatycznym Wendy Luxury Apartment!
Lokalizacja obiektu jest fantastyczna. Wszędzie miałyśmy bardzo blisko. Kawiarnie, restauracje czy lokalne sklepy z żywnością były tuż za rogiem. Restauracja, która mieściła się za ścianą obiektu i u której odbierałyśmy klucze jest godna polecenia. Obsługa bardzo miła, pizza pachnąca i smaczna a aperitivo schłodzone i o perfekcyjnych proporcjach- jeżeli szukasz miejsca na obiad, kolacje- bardzo polecam. Apartament jest duży, czysty, przestronny. Łazienka zadbana. Miałyśmy wrażenie, że niedawno odbył się tam remont, bo tak wszystko było dopracowane. Kontakt z obsługą bez zarzutów. Z pewnością skorzystam z tego noclegu ponownie :)
Poprawiłabym jedynie informacje o tym, że na miejscu znajdują się ekspres do kawy. Podróżując już nie raz spotkałam się z tym, że widnieje w opisie, że znajduje się on w obiekcie jednak właściciel miał na myśli po prostu kawiarkę i tak było tym razem- jest to jedyna rzecz, którą bym poprawiła aby nie wprowadzała w błąd.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung!Alles zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zwischen 5-10 min erreichbar (Markusplatz, Rialtobrücke und vieles mehr .)Sehr tolle Lage .Auch an die BootsAnlegestelle zb nach Burano, Murano 5min zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.
