    Good size but needs a lot of work to make it a good rental again.

    It’s in a lovely location, has a big garden and the house is a very good size

    Some things weren’t as per the listing (no bbq or hairdryer, only 1 garden bench which not big enough for 8 people), the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all and had the last people’s dirty wash cloth, rubbish etc still there, dirty underwear beds, old socks in draw. No working light in the bathroom. Some stuff in the house was broken. House is just a bit shabby and unloved.
