    Nice stay but needs some updgrade

    We had an event on the beach so location was perfect. Very nice sea view. Breakfast was nice and staff very helpful and friendly

    The building was huge ! Lots and lots of stairs and doors to get to your room if you're not taking the lift. The bathroom was not super clean but when told staff they came quickly to fix it. Also there was apparent damp damage on the sealing. We could hear the big road and cars

    i am definitely going to be coming back again 🖤

    everything was super lovely! the management of this property doing everything for customers to feel them welcome and like at home. place tidy, safe for single travellers and also perfect for couples or groups. feels more like home and community there. i booked for one day but so far iam staying for a week already. its super perfect location l. near seafront and Brighton station. thank you so much i feel really lucky to fond and be in this place 🖤

    A real gem. Especially the superior room I stayed in. A real treat. Great staff all around. Good value continental breakfast and friendly service.

    Just what we needed in a great location.

    It was exactly where we wanted to be. Although parts of the building needed a bit of updating it was clean the beds were really comfortable had all you needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental had lots to choose from and most of all the ham and cheese toasty was elite.

    It was a little outdated but didn’t affect our stay.

    Great stay, would come back.

    It felt very cosy and spacious. Our room was on the top floor and it had sea views and a good size room. Good tea selection in the room. Amazing clothing hanging space, not many places offer this as an option.

    The bed frame was a bit squeaky, the staircase was a bit difficult to walk up, it felt like stairs were uneven height. Also the lift felt a bit old-fashioned.
