Dream location, clean and comfortable and well-equipped. But please fix the shower as despite all the positives that one
Location is next-level!! Just a minute or two’s walk to both Castle Terrace and the Royal Mile. Right in the middle of one of Edinburgh’s most vibrant areas. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything needed for a group of four on a short break.
For the love of all things great & good, please, fix the shower. I concur with multiple reviews left by many previous people - there is practically NO water pressure in the shower, and the only temperature settings are Arctic cold or Vesuvius hot. In the welcome book it is acknowledged the thermostat has been installed incorrectly - why not just get it fixed? Enough people have highlighted it as an issue, including the property management agency. For the money we paid for four adults for a stay of just four nights a properly functioning shower is not too much to expect. It legit is the only thing stopping this review from being 10/10

Not worth the price.
Location
The bed is old and sunk so not comfy for 2 people. The carpets are dirty and stained, toilet seat broken and towels got stained on them.

Disappointing
Not so much what I liked but this is what the apartment offered Front bedroom - bed against wall & lots of street noise until late Rear bedroom - double bed only (mattress saggy), but no street noise Bathroom - Shower over bath with very little pressure Kitchen & Lounge were OK
Cleanliness was not good - mould in the bathroom, floor dust in the lounge, previous guests clothes left behind. Entry requires 3 keys. Keybox was jammed and required a screwdriver to open. Saggy mattress, shower pressure
