    Fresh eggs from the chickens were a lovely touch. We love to see efforts for self sustainable farming, ducks and chickens were roaming around happily.

    perfect place to relax and enjoy nature

    We stayed at the lovely Smiddy cottage for 5 nights, it was the perfect size for us and our daughter. The cottage was lovely and cosy. They welcomed us with fresh eggs from their own chickens which was so nice. Out in the garden was amazing with the best view. We loved Dulverton where you can find some local shops with nice food things and drinks. We really found a lot off piece and quite in this place, is so relaxing. And the area is great for long walks, really lovely. We had really good weather so we did not make a fire unfortunatly, maybe next time!

    Close to beautiful scenery and exmoor life.

    The accommodation was ok, the beds were comfortable but it felt that the furniture was a bit hobbled together.

    Excellent location & Dog friendly

    Location was excellent and super dog friendly. Bed was very comfortable

    The shower cubicle needs a little TLC - shower head held up with cable tie and grout needs deep clean. Hot tub needs levelling to reduce water displacement.
