Annex was lovely and cosy...it had everything we needed for our stay -it was a 'home away from home' Perfect! Very peaceful and idyllic...just what we needed. James was a wonderful host...very helpful and friendly. There was an unexpected and much appreciated thoughtful arrival basket to help us on the first day of our stay. The eggs from his chickens were so delicious...Quality! Thank you for everything...we had a lovely time!
Unfortunately, the local pubs - The Rosing Sun and King's Head were both closed on Mondays as was the Village shop, Coffee house and post office. This was our only day in the local area so missed out as we were sight seeing elsewhere.

The place is a fantastic place to stay on your trip to Cornwall. There is everything needed for a long weekend or a 10 night stay, as we did. James and his family are incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay easily the best we've had. (We've had a few). We can't wait to go back and stay again.

Excellent accommodation, great value, beautiful area with excellent hosts
The welcome hamper was smashing. For a small space we had everything that we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home and responded to an issue (caused by us!) with great understanding and speed.
