    Nice location, poor service.

    Location was nice

    Poor communication throughout. Key pick up details are not given until 3pm on the dot, only to be told that the pick up location is 500m from the hotel which made our arrival difficult, even though we asked numerous times earlier so we could at least organise ourselves to get the keys from this location. I was not expecting an early check in but at least they could communicate where to pick the keys up from at 3pm. $300 deposit is continually asked for after you book and this was not refunded into my account until 2 weeks after we checked out. (8 days for funds to show up, 5 days for them to be cleared). Also lost some of our deposit for 'dirty laundry' that we had no idea about, money was charged before consulting as well. Don't bother trying to speak to a person, it is all AI chat bots throughout the chat process which make things difficult and frustrating.

    The best apartment we have rented in Melbourne, great location and very well managed.

    The location is brilliant, opposite a complex with supermarket, coach station and railway station, tram stop outside also. CBD location with restaurants everywhere.

    All was good, no problems.
