  Wonderful apartment but collection/drop off of key is problematic

  The apartment itself is perfect - well located in a secure building, a short walk to city circle tram, opposite coles and outlet centre. It was well appointed and great value. It was very clean and modern with everything you need for a short stay.

  The pick up/drop off of keys was inconvenient and not that close to the apartment. The third party management party contacted me numerous times requiring invasive photos of ID, head shots as well as an additional deposit. Their constant communication was annoying. The code for key collection is not issued until the apartment was ready meaning we basically had a to wait nearby with our luggage until the code was released - no luggage storage is available. Its a shame as the apartment is great its the management which lets it down. We found the bed a little soft for our liking.

  The location is really convenient and for me was beneficial as I did not need to use taxi or bus. The bulding was almost new and apartment was really clean. Good view you have from windows. Towels and sheets also fridge were clean. There was enough stuffs in the kitchen that you need for cooking like oil, salt and peper and also enough dishes, pan and cutlery. For me as a solo traveler amount of dishwasher tablets and washing mqchine powder was enough, but if you are family or stay more than 2-3 days you might need to restock Easily you can go to Coles on the other side of street! 2 hairdryers and enough toiletary and shampoo really appreciated. Toilet and bathroom is clean and tidy. There is complete instructions and explanations about what you need to get into the apartment and how to use and maintain devices there. I had some concerns regarding bad smell in the building based on google map reviews, but fortunately this unit did not have any bad smell at all.

  OK, first: will I choose here again for next trip? Big YES ! But few things to notice, Collecting keys and check in process was really frustrating. I am not talking about that part of walking few minutes between place of key collection and the apartment, I had to wait more than 40 mins at that shop as that lady just cannot register or confirm the keys for me although I had the required code. Also,maybe it is not the apartment problem itself but sometimes in windy weather, you hear a constant annoying noise that can make sleep a bit difficult, I had this problem in first 2 days of stay and wind noise was really load. Though it could happen in many tall buildings? Air-conditioner seems to be working more in living area and less in bedroom, not a big deal, but just temperature adjustments work better in living room less effective for bedroom, I had thermometer and can say this based on it. Brand of washing machine and dryer was not that I saw in photos and in user-manual of apartment, but they are working fine. Garbage bags do not match the size of the large bin in the kitchen and also their numbers are less than expected. I had few with myself! Shower head, it is really small and considering high water pressure,it can make taking shower a bit difficult. I really appreciate if you change it with a bigger/ wider head. All these are minor issues and generally I recommend here.
