The release time of the authorization is subject to the bank of the Credit Card holder. Reservations made under the terms of 'nonrefundable' will be charged within 24 hours after booking, and cannot be canceled as per the terms and conditions of the tariff. Guests who arrive by car can park in 'Qpark Nieuwendijk', which is located in front of the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel for details on reservations. Please note that the following applies for nonrefundable bookings: a prepayment of the total price is mandatory at the time of booking.
