    It looked clean but needed a deep clean really hot water wasn’t hot , tv didn’t work , toilet seat was broken too In the comments it had already stated about the tv so could do with changing.

    Decent kitchen, comfy bed. Slippers were a genius touch. Checkin easy. Questions via email were answered quickly

    Great quiet location with free parking

    Hard to reach the window for ventilation. Heavy sofa in front of it.

    Easy and cheap parking near by the property. For 1 night it's ideal to visit Brecon and close by National Park to participate to Dark Sky gazing.

    There was no bedding for the Sofa bed. We were travelling with my daughter 2 Adults. We used the Bed and Sofabed. Found some blankets that worked fine.
