They did not pick up my calls when I called to ask for location. Their location could not be found hy locals. The location on map was wrong and I spent 2 hours searching for the place with 2 different drivers. I called them over 15 times and no one picked at the given number. Only once the call was picked by someone rude who told me to let them sleep and call later even when I told them i am stranded and lost and need them ro explain the route to the driver. Lost unhelpful and rude.
