    Would definitely recommend

    The Eyebright lodge was really well placed in terms of views and privacy. The guest book was super helpful. There were games and jigsaws which was nice. As well as proper coffee, tea bags, milk and some other extras. Really well stocked for kitchen utensils, cleaning items, blankets etc. No WiFi but phone signal was pretty good. The guidance on where to eat (in an email a few days before arrival) was helpful and accurate - it's also on their website. We needed extra fuel for the hot tub, called one of the owners and they sorted it really quickly (extra fuel has a cost but it was very reasonable).

    The only negative is the size of the fridge, I expected a small under counter fridge, but not a mini bar sized one. Didn't impact the enjoyment of the place but I'd have appreciated a photo on the website so I could plan for food.

    Relaxing, good setup

    Clean and tidy shepherds hut, nice hot tub. Owner well friendly and helpful

    It was lovely. overall we really enjoyed it

    The setting and location were excellent. The hut was well equipped.

    could have used a pre-heat option with the hot tub - and we ended up over heating it
