    Staff are lovely, hotel is nice, I’d skip the food

    Staff were lovely, room was comfortable.

    Food in the bar was fine. Very expensive for what you actually get, food took about 35 minutes and it came out wrong. Unfortunately we were in a rush so didn’t have another 35 minutes to wait for them to fix the issue.

    Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

    It was very difficult to extract soap from soap dispenser in bathroom. Took all my strength using both hands to squeeze out liquid soap. I would have been happier with the usual bar of soap. The room was really really cold on arrival and turning knob on radiator made no difference as heating system is controlled at reception but once I enquired from reception it got turned on and room heated up.
