    Mixed feelings

    The hot tub the views, waiting staff in the dining area were the absolute best genuinely lovely people.

    The fact our toilet flusher was faulty and flooded our bathroom the area outside and part of the bedroom and I stepped into it before I realised and totally soaked and ruined my trainers and upon check out my husband mentioned this but nothing was said or done ( the maintenance guys were great). We were just left to settle our bill and nothing else was mentioned!

    Meh

    Location near airport with free airport shuttle. Clean. Decently decorated room.

    Bed springs noticeably noisy on the slightest movement. Noisy AC. Breakfast too basic. Priced too high for value.

    Enjoyed the serenity of the hotel experience but needed repair of courts & food upgrade.

    Loved the spaciousness of the Junior Suite, location was peaceful and beautiful mountain views, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the music in the restaurant was an added bonus. Loved walking the nearby trails and the beauty of all the flowers, cacti, butterfly gardens situated among the hotel and suites. Staff was friendly and helpful and room price was reasonable.

    We saw littered cans and trash below our balcony and around the hotel rooms where we walked. The video of the property was deceptive showing pickleball courts and tennis courts that were in bad disrepair and unusable when we walked them. Food was ok and wait staff could be better trained.
