    The location in regard to closeness to the Key West Express Terminal. They also had the room ready early.

    The room had a musty smell, and was damp. The bed in room 402 had no support, felt old. There was construction and work truck blocked an easy entrance to our room. I slipped on wet concrete at base of stairs, with some injury. Reported to check in desk man twice, said he would advise his manager. I also have confirmation of my rate and was charged more. I stayed here a couple of year ago and loved it. Not sure if I would go back.

    Great value and location to harbor.

    We loved the pool, weekday happy hour, and ice machine. The walk to Duvall wasn’t bad.

    The room was very small. So sitting space so we laid on the bed, but we made do.
