  - Die Lage ist super alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Klima Anlage

  - keinen direkten Ansprechpartner nur über WhatsApp - die Wohnung ist viel kleiner als auf den Fotoss ersichtlich.. verfälschte Bilder - Balkon viel zu klein - an Sauberkeit mängelt es auch... Staub überall, komplett schwarze Füße wenn man auf dem Boden ohne Schuhe läuft - Putz Utensilien sollten mal erneuert werden kaputt, verrostet..kaum zu gebrauchen - Im Bad grad in der Dusche alles Voll mit Schimmel.. keinen Abzieher für die Dusche daher sehr schmutzig - Handtücher haben übel gerochen..musste sie erst nochmal waschen -Waschmaschine schmutzig und undicht..richtig laut beim schleudern hört man im ganzen Haus -Klima Anlage tropft - Kühlschrank tropft -Der Aufzug komplett veraltet viel zu klein man muss Angst haben das man einfach stecken bleibt -Parkplatz 3 Straßen weiter aber viel zu eng und viel zu nah an der Schranke - keine eigenen Mülltonnen.. man muss immer zu Müllstation laufen..

  Condominio tranquillo, calma e relax assicurati.

  La descrizione è del tutto conforme alla realtà, ottima la pulizia, check in e out indipendenti da esterni, tutto chiaro tramite whatsapp il dialogo con la proprietaria/ gestore.

  Il posto auto nr. 1 è sì compreso nel prezzo, ma ci vogliono le acrobazie per usarlo, sicuramente il posizionamento delle auto nello stallo 2 e quelli che parcheggiano al di fuori della sbarra rendono il posto auto scomodo al posteggio. La gestione della spazzatura è particolare e un po’ strana a mio avviso.

  Good value for Sanremo city centre stay, highly recommended

  City centre location, right next to the San Remo market. Beaches, restaurants, and bars, everything we need is in walking distance, and there is even a supermarket in the basement of the same building. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and large enough for our family of 4. The management company staff was always quick to respond and perfect for any sorts of follow up.

  The reserved parking is just nearby but so small and short. Since the allocated spot is right next to the entrance/exit gate bar and motorbike spots, there is a risk to get a car damaged by others. Unless you have a tiny car or do not care about your car at all, not really recommended. Instead, we kept our car in the valet parking next to the Sanremo market which unexpectedly cost us EUR 24.00/day. Also, there were no wine glasses, so we bought some by ourselves.
