I would not recommend anyone to book there, as customers we were not prioritized.
Location and Access was great Seaview DSTV was reasonable. Security was OK
Our stay was horrible, based on overall poor service. Theee was uncleaned sofas, toilet was left unflushed and stinking,we picked up hair in our sheets, geyser never worked, we had to call in the plumber every single day to fix, it appears someone was playing games with us, it looked timed. There were 2 small pots provided, main door was not closing properly, bathroom was full of tissues. Kitchen sponge had hair.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay.
It was close to the fishing pier and not far from shops. It was a very cozy unit.
There were a few things faulty or broken amongst other things: AC battery of remotes were flat, iron board was burnt and the iron lid for the water was gone (this was a nuisance because it was difficult to iron our clothes) , shower light was not working, foul stench was coming from kitchen but we managed to sort it out for our stay, handle of main bedroom door was loose, the jug in the kitchen was melted beyond use and the one braai knob was gone.

the flat was airy spacious and mordern.had all the stuff we needed.the balcony was awseome including
the second bathroom was leaking on the floor.probably from the shower.maybe have someone to look at it.

I’m never going back.
It was bigger than most I’ve stayed in…
There were no rules at the property, people did as they pleased. Having stags or parties at the pool and walking up and down the corridor at all hours. The smell in the apartment was overwhelming, it’s the smell or rust and old. I bought a few things to drive away the smell after a day or two I hardly noticed it.
