    Boendet var oacceptabelt. Vi tvingades lämna boendet omedelbart då det inte stämmer överrens med bookings beskrivelse el

    För det första – läget: Lägenheten är inte belägen i en lugn strandnära miljö. För att ta sig dit måste man passera: - Ett industriområde med starka lukter och konstant buller - En väldigt närliggande township, vilket inte framgick av annonsen och som väsentligt påverkar omgivningen och upplevelsen av trygghet Området präglas av en industriell hamnmiljö som inte på något sätt motsvarar beskrivningen av ett ”strandnära lyxkomplex” eller ett ”hamnparadis” Detta utgör en grundläggande felaktig beskrivning av läget. För det andra – boendets skick: Själva lägenheten uppfyller inte någon rimlig definition av ”lyx”: Det fanns en tydlig myrinvasion i hela lägenheten. Vi tvingades använda myr- och kackerlacksspray inomhus, vilket är helt oacceptabelt
