    Nice location with ocean view

    Location and view was great.

A little older and maintenance lacking in a few areas. KBM was quick to address the problems that we reported

Even a Kona Low storm didn’t dampen our holiday staying here!

Fantastic views overlooking black rock. We started every day whale watching over coffee and breakfast on the balcony.
