A lovely apartment in a great location in the city centre. The apartment is well equipped and we received an excellent service from Lexia, our property manager, and the apartment owners when needed. As newcomers to Christchurch we were very well looked after and would recommend it.

位置绝佳，市中心去哪里都非常方便。周围中央图书馆，新建的体育馆，macpac，Kathmandu、Lululemon都在步行几分钟范围内，公交总站同样三两分钟可达。屋内设施齐全，除了没有洗衣液，需要的甚至没有想到的，都有。干净整洁，衣服架子有好多，所有的衣服都可以挂起来。
入户玻璃门没有窗帘，每天晚上需要自己用被单挡一下。房屋入住指南，对进入大门之后，公寓位置的描述，个人认为不清晰，入住当晚费了好多时间确认。其实就是进入街区大门后的左手边这栋，却被入住指南说的，进入大门后顺右边的路走给迷惑了。刚好直行一下也有一个7号。

No blinds on front door Very strong smell of cleaning products. We do appreciate it was clean. Wifi was down or not working
