A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking. The remaining balance will be charged for reservations canceled within our 72 hour cancelation policy. Holiday insurance is advised in order to avoid cancelation charges. Dogs are welcome in the Superior Room if requested in advance. Children aged over 12 years are welcome, however only guests aged over 16 can use the spa and gym facilities. Extra beds are only available in the Suite room types. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Excellent

    The hotel's ambience, service, staff, and cleanliness were exceptional. A beautiful setting in the Cotswolds, very pleasantly located, with excellent accessibility to Highgrove and other local attractions. Friends of the middle ages will find the grave of Englands first King (Æthelstan) only minutes away.

    We found it unfortunate that a hotel so dedicated to its guests does not hold a contingent of tickets for Highgrove. This is regrettable as many guests will travel here specifically for that reason. Highgrove must be booked separately far in advance. It would be highly recommended for the management to always keep a contingency of tickets available.
