Lovely place to stay and visit the Lake District.
Property was clean, easy to get to and was a lovely place. Garden was very nice, parking was easy and the host was kind and helpful.

Lovely accomadation very clean and comfortable Was let down by no breakfast for our 2 day stay
Location room and comfy bed
we didnt have breakfast option through booking .com but advertised breakfast at extra charge Upon arrival were told wasent doing breakfast has other guests hadent requested breakfast .I said it would be ok to be polite but still no offer the following day Wasent offered breakfast on the Monday either .Just think if there was no breakfast then it shouldent have been offered on booking other wise this accomadation would not have bee an option

A cosy, comfortable and charming stay in a great location.
I really liked the cosy and welcoming feel of the property. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Bowness-on-Windermere and everything you need within walking distance. It was a lovely base for exploring the Lake District.
