    Lovely hotel/bar/restaurant in fine location.

    Lovely building + bedroom was excellent. Very pleasant hard working young staff. Great location adjacent to Virginia Water and near to Windsor.

    Slight blip re non/payment for evening meal which meant late night phone calls re that: luckily my phone was on silent by that time so not disturbed! Maybe a clear procedure to ensure that payment happens at end of meal would be better??

    Awful

    Nothing

    Room too hot, bed uncomfortable, towels never changed. Parking was a disgrace as they were renting out their spaces for the local golf event at Wentworth. Supposed to stay for 3 nights but checked out after 2 nights and they weren't surprised. Prepaid over £1K and won't ever be back!
