    A disappointing stay despite the wonderful location.

    Excellent location, perfect for our stay.

    The property was advertised by booking.com with a washing machine - which we deliberately chose the property for, due to our daily hiking. This meant we had no means of washing clothes, and neither the owners or booking.com have taken responsibility for this error. I have been waiting for days to be contacted by booking.com after contacting your customer service team. Another issue, despite the nice property, there was no clothes storage (wardrobes or drawers), and it was not as clean as we would expect - cobwebs throughout the property. We left it cleaner than the day we arrived.

    Perfect Lake District Cottage

    Location is fantastic. House is very spacious and has a lovely rustic feel. Facilities were exceptional... kitchen very well equipped. Private parking as well.

    A couple more mirrors and waste bins would be useful.

    Great Location & Peaceful

    Location was great. Absolutely breathtaking.

    The alarm kept going off randomly and a chunk of the ceiling skirting fell.
