    Pure escapism in a glorious setting

    What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay and great value, where I have to say this was the accommodation highlight of my week in Nova Scotia, it's just pure escapism at its finest. It's a little isolated so you need a car and there is nowhere really to buy groceries or dine within easy walking distance, but it has a fully equiped kitchen, so you just need to bring own food. It has its own little private beach which offered an amazing sunset, the balcony was also a delight to sit on in the evening, and the cottage just really had a homely feel. I would have loved to have stayed a few more nights

    Only downside is location, (but that's also part of the charm) and a couple of the fixtures in the cottage are a little dated and could maybe do with replacing, but otherwise can't fault.
