    Position and cleanliness

Would have liked more kitchen cooking equipment.. a large frying pan for example

Pleasant, nice location and good for kids after a busy day to chill before bed

Nice location and had everything that we needed

The handle/lock on the doors onto the patio needs looking at as the handle comes lose, property could do with a good clean and possibly some new mattresses on the single beds but overall it was okay and we would stay again. Also we struggled to get the WiFi to work but we weren’t in much to make it an issue

The best beachside location in Whitby

The location could not be better, you feel like you are on the beach. The view from every window is perfect. This is our second stay here with family and our grandchildren could not be happier to visit again and again. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Whilst it could do with a little refresh the value is very good in comparison to others.

The tv struggles for signal but the view is compensation enough. Whilst it was clean it would benefit from a touch up on paintwork etc to make it feel as special as this little gem is.

    Location

Single beds were appalling and we could not sleep on them due to springs. We resulted to the sofa. Very large cobwebs everywhere. Patio door was broken with no way of shutting the door or indeed locking the door. No complementary pack. 1 toilet roll no washing cloth. You must take everything you need. Hand soap toilet roll milk etc. Blind doesn't closed in downstairs bedroom. Plugs don't work upstairs.
