    Exceptional

    Location fab, house very cosy and all the Christmas lights made the house feel super festive. Would definitely return, might even bring the dogs 🐶 Thank you

    We really loved our stay it was a beautiful and luxurious property and had excellent bakery near by and beach very close

    Very spacious and lovely comfy beds and clean rooms. Would stay again if in Whitby

    TV had limited Channels and outside wasn’t as clean as could have been. Perhaps could have been a summer duvet or sheet because it was very warm.
