The triple room we stayed at is a modern one room appt with powerful AC, comfy bed, insect nets before some windows that allow airing it, a small fridge that was running upon arrival, coffee machine with tabs that were refilled every day, spacious bathroom and an openly accessible outside sitting area. The room service is outstanding and appt is cleaned and made every day in a very neat way. We needed to wash our towels at some point and they offered to wash them for us without hesitation.
We found it massively overpriced (2300€ for 7days in a single room appt) and were disappointed by a couple of things, mainly the breakfast (which was one of the reasons we booked it). Do not expect a varying selection of different breads or fruits, or meats or cheese, it's the same little stuff every day, sometimes served half an hour later than agreed. Furthermore do not expect a beach front property as such. It is an event venue with a platform at the sea side, with a 5m rocky beach beside and another terrace where some laying chairs are placed. The appt itself also had some issues, among which a double shower whose sink did not drain even if only one shower was used, or a safe that was locked and unusable. These would be all minor issues if the appt would cost less, but for that price we expected such things to work.
