    The space was clean and very comfortable. The pool was maintained every morning and was great to have the private pool.

    Felt kitchen tools were a bit lacking. We had to use a bath mat to get something out of the oven. Perhaps tea towels, dish cloth and sponge would be great. Extremely minimal coffee and tea supplies and perhaps salt pepper and a few essentials like garbage bags. The only reason we say this we were there 9 nights, otherwise it was fantastic.

    Friendly people replying very swiftly prior to my arrival to the vila. Did their outmost in order to check in even earlier than the usual time with no extra charge. The vila is spacious with all modern amenities.

    Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected Unfortunately, our stay at White Cocoon in Naxos did not meet our expectations. On arrival, the swimming pool was murky and not in a condition we felt comfortable using. The pool water was eventually replaced, but this process took around two days, meaning we were unable to properly enjoy one of the main features of the property for a significant part of our stay. The baby cot was old a mouldy no one would put there baby in that. We also experienced an unacceptable number of flies around the property, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. Another major issue was the location. There was considerable noise disruption from aircraft due to the proximity to the airport. In addition, the neighbouring property significantly affected the outlook, with old vehicles and buildings/construction visible from the villa. This was very different from the peaceful, attractive environment we had expected when booking. Given the combination of the pool condition on arrival, the flies, aircraft noise and surrounding views, we contacted the owners and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they refused our request. Naxos itself is a beautiful island, but based on our personal experience, this particular accommodation was disappointing and did not provide the relaxing stay we had expected for the price.

    The facility lies in a quiet location close to the airport, Chora and the highly attracted beaches. The pool in the Villas is a great plus especially if you have children..
