In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Unlikely to use booking.com in the future. PHOTOS OF ACTUAL VIEW ATTACHED HI
The photo of the outside area was misleading and dishonest. It was of the front units outside area. I thought we had paid a premium price for the front unit with an ocean view. Very disappointing experience. Will not trust your photos in the future.

Our stay was okay, the location was fantastic but it was definitely not worth the money we paid.
The location of White Dolphin is fantastic, right across the road from the beach and close to restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and provided what was needed for a short stay. The bedsheets were clean.
It was extremely hot when we stayed at the Whiter Dolphin and there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans, which made it quite difficult to sleep at night. You could open the windows in the bedroom but as it was so light early in the morning you needed to have the shutters tightly closed, which meant no breeze could come through. The carpet in the lounge room is quite old and stained, and the lounge hadn't been cleaned properly. From the images it appears that you have your own balcony, but it is actually a shared walkway. The bathroom towels provided were very thin and as we were only provided 2 for our entire stay, we were having to use damp towels. You need to keep the bathroom windown closed from early evening as mozzies come in otherwise - we got badly bitten on the first night.
