    Large,clean,comfortable beds, ample cooking facilities. Nice.

    A bit pricey as only ones there really, as friend said her daughter stayed and clean which was good, but for travellers pricey. We stayed in one at kapita same clean, comfy roomy etc but $200 cheaper. Gisborne hard to get to as it is without it costing a fortune to stay. Shower leaks badly which caused floor to be like glass.

    Easy to book at last minute, lovely hosts. Super comfy bed, lovely spa and very dark and quiet in morning considering we were right on the main road. Must be double glazed windows.
