    Leuke plek, een paar aandachtspunten

    Wat ons positief verraste, was hoeveel extra voorzieningen er aanwezig waren. Er waren heel wat zaken voorzien die je normaal niet altijd in een vakantiewoning vindt, zoals koffie, thee, suiker en wasmiddel. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra comfortabel. De ruimtes waren zeker groot genoeg. Ook de keuken was zeer goed voorzien, met heel goede toestellen en alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook de gastheer Georg was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

    Wat ons wat tegenviel, was vooral de geluidsoverlast en de verlichting ’s nachts. De airco blies rechtstreeks op de bedden wanneer die aansprong, wat soms oncomfortabel was. Daarnaast waren de slaapkamers aan een vrij drukke straat gelegen, waardoor er ’s ochtends verkeerslawaai was. Niet alle ramen verduisterden volledig, waardoor er ook ’s morgens licht binnenkwam. Het licht in de gang werkt met een bewegingssensor en springt ’s nachts automatisch aan wanneer je naar het toilet gaat, waardoor je snel weer volledig wakker bent. Ook is het huis wat gehorig. Onze bovenburen kwamen elke avond rond 22 uur thuis, waardoor we vaak opnieuw wakker werden. Voor mij persoonlijk waren de bedden bovendien wat te kort. Met mijn lengte van 1,92 meter moest ik mijn benen wat optrekken om comfortabel te kunnen liggen.

    We hadden er een fijne vakantie met voldoende ruimte in een aangename vakantiewoning. Eindelijk eens een vakantiebed waarin je echt goed kan slapen.

    De parkeerautomaat in Parkhaus Marienberg aanvaardde mijn bankkaart niet en nam alleen munten aan. Met locale bankkaarten werkt het allicht wel, maar als toerist heb je toch niet voor meerdere dagen telkens zes euro aan muntgeld op zak.
