Great location, friendly host, very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend
We were welcomed by the lovely Sian on arrival. The location is great, a short drive from Whitby in a small quiet village. The room was amazing and exceeded our expectations. There was fresh milk supplied along with the surprise of jam and cream scones which were delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and smelled great. We ordered Breakfast the day before and it was delivered at the time you request, again the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%

Relaxing accomodation in a good location
The breakfast was good. Content was well chosen and delivery was good. Location was good for touring North York coast.
Would have liked a microwave and rather surprised that one wasn't provided.

Amazing host and stay 10/10
When we arrived we had all the details from Sian we needed. Scone, cream & jam, milk and water in the fridge. Fresh flowers on the table. Breakfasts were amazing. Everything was spotless, comfy bed, great shower. We had fabulous weather and sat outside a couple of times. Will defo book again. We even came away with fresh eggs from the hens. Amazing and great location.
Nothing.
