    Not suitable for backpackers / keybox and waiting hell

    Room as in description. Good Location/view. Clean.

    * NO RECEPTION/LUGGAGE STORAGE: It's a 100% unstaffed, faceless keybox operation. If you arrive by public transport you have to wait long hours with your luggage and you can't do anything in this time if you don't travel by car. * FALSE CHECK-IN HOURS: Listing states 14:30, but entry was denied until after 16:00. Forced to wait outside in 35°C+ heat! * DIGITAL BURDEN: You must act as your own receptionist (uploading passports, paying city tax online via smartphone). * Other misleading information which simply ist not true.

    The sun terrace could be improved. The space has so much potential but consists of just 2 loungers.

    Nel pieno centro di una città bellissima

    La location è straordinaria nel pieno centro storico a 3 min dalla cattedrale. Non posso immaginare un posto piu comodo di cosi per muoversi a Trani. Lo staff disponibilissimo. La camera silenziosa, confortevole e ben tenuta

    In realtà ho apprezzato tutto. Solo una nota per il fatto che le camere sono al secondo piano senza ascensore e dunque in caso di bagagli pesanti questo potrebbe essere una piccola difficoltà. Poi servirebbe un temporizzatore luci nell'androne.
