Je ne peux malheureusement pas évaluer le logement en lui-même, car Massimiliano a rencontré un problème avec celui-ci juste avant notre arrivée et nous n’avons donc pas pu y séjourner. En revanche, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse, le sérieux et le grand professionnalisme de Massimiliano. Face à cet imprévu, il a immédiatement pris les choses en main et nous a réservé, en remplacement, un superbe hôtel 3 étoiles afin que notre séjour puisse se dérouler dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons énormément apprécié sa réactivité et la solution qu’il nous a proposée. Un imprévu peut toujours arriver, mais la manière dont il est géré fait toute la différence, et Massimiliano a été irréprochable. Un grand merci à lui pour son professionnalisme et son attention !

Not happy with the room directly opposite noisy restaurant and unclean bathroom.
The location was good.
The pictures of the property are completely misleading. The entrance is through a dark and dingy corridor with no light and the walls of the stairs up to the room have mold on them. Our room had a window and entrance directly facing the restaurant, and it was on the same level as the restaurant, so in principle anyone could access the room easily. The owner said the restaurant closed early, but it was open until midnight. The shower was tiny and felt unclean. The room itself was okay. The experience in total, however, was disappointing and unsatisfying. It seems like the rooms vary a lot, and the pictures are very misleading.
