    Stanza essenziale ma confortevole e pulita, dotata di comfort: TV, Frigo, Wi-Fi e climatizzatore. Non c'era colazione ma ne ero al corrente già dalla prenotazione. Ho avuto solo contatti telefonici con il proprietario della struttura ma certamente è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'ho chiamato più volte anche per consigli sui ristoranti della zona. La camera è vicinissima al centro storico, vicina alla cascata delle Marmore e a meno di un'ora da centri di interesse culturale e religioso (Assisi, Orvieto, Rieti, Narni ecc)
