    If you have mobility issues talk to the staff when booking.

    Bed was very comfortable and a staff member met me when I drove in and tried to help me. She carried some bags into my room which was very helpful.

    The 4 steps to enter the room were not easy. If there was a handle like a vertical shower handle attached to the wall, it would have helped with the last few steps. The staff member talked to the manager and tried to get me a room with less steps and they were happy to do that if I paid more money. I had asked for a room stating I had a disability and that I could do one or two steps. They sent a photo asking if i could do the steps and it looked manageable in the photo but was harder than I thought.

    The room was lovely and clean,good amenities. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable but my husband did. As I’m short the concrete shelf under the cupboard was at head height for me . Otherwise everything was good .
