  Great Location in Crema, Questionable Construction in the Opposing Apartment.

  This property boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of Crema, making it easy to explore the city’s charming streets, shops, and restaurants. The interior featured a spacious layout that provided plenty of room to relax, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

  While the property had a great location in the heart of Crema and offered a spacious, clean interior, there were several drawbacks that impacted the overall experience. The washroom had a noticeable mildew smell, and the shower didn’t drain properly, causing water to overflow and forcing us to take very quick showers. Additionally, extremely loud construction noise from the neighboring unit lasted daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, making it difficult to relax or work during the day. The parking garage is extremely tight—navigating it with an SUV was particularly challenging, so smaller vehicles are strongly recommended. It’s also important to note that the property is located within a ZTL (limited traffic) zone, so guests must ensure their vehicle is registered with the hosts to avoid potential fines.

  чисто, просторно, светло. настоящий итальянский дом, особенный уют. меня очаровал душ, восхитительная идея с камнями и подсветкой. когда выбирала, душ стал решающим элементом. постель простая, но удобная. огромная кухня, диван отличный. в целом квартира очень большая, этаж последний, поэтому сверху нет шума. соседей не слышно вообще. хороший вайфай, уютные ставни для темноты. Марко был очень вежлив, быстро всегда отвечал в вотсапе на вопросы, помог быстро удалённо решить проблему со светом. расположение прекрасное, почти центральная площадь. окна спальни выходят на улицу, тихую и спокойную. отличный подъезд, от станции поездов 5 минут пешком.

  мне не хватило нескольких базовых вещей: полноценного одеяла, сушки для одежды после стирки, электрического полотенцесушителя в ванной пока нет отопления, микроволновки и быстрого смарт тв (очень медленное, я не смогла посмотреть даже ютуб). ещё меня беспокоил громкий бой часов и колоколов вечером, ночью и рано утром, но это особенность старинных городов в италии, квартира тут не при чем

  tutto, dall arredamento super moderno con pezzi di design e tocchi un pò più classi come il tappeto persiano, alla pulizia e la locazione eccezionale
