The villa was better than we expected. Good location, very close to taverna, fruit markets and small shops. Even walk to Paphos harbour was quite close. This is the first villa I've seen so very well equiped - everything you needed was there. Plenty of space, very clean, easy communiction. Would definitely recommend to others.
Everything was spot on, can't fault anything.

Comfortable, spacey, excellent value for money.
A lot of bedrooms, plenty of space, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, small convinience shops are close, plenty of space to park. Definately value for money.
Water pressure was somewhat weak and warm water was scarce, but this probably is mostly due to season, and we were prepared, so no big fuzz. WiFi could be better. But can't really complain.

Superb
We had a family group of 7 adults and a 15 month old. On arrival the villa was clean and as described in the write up. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washer, and a dryer(didn't use the dryer as there was an airer that we put outside to dry clothes. The pool was clean and a company came and maintained it while we were there. The family enjoyed using this throughout the holiday. There was also a BBQ with coals. The villa is in a culdesac so traffic noise was very reduced. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk but we hired a car. Very enjoyable stay.
The only small observation is that the leather sofas were looking well used. Nothing that stopped us enjoying the holiday and we would certainly book again without hesitation.
