    Good property but property management service falls short

    Property was nice and clean, spacious and lovely outside space

    Mainly the customer service support, few issues 1. I had completed check in form when I had 2. Listing said property had a bath but it didn’t and response was ‘unfortunately it doesn’t have one’ no apology 3. WiFi information wasn’t available in property - had to ask for it The other issue is that the place is open plan and completely wooden flooring so was quite noisy.

    The location. And the size of the apartment.

    The downstairs bedroom with twin beds would get all the drain noise. And dining chairs very hard to sit on.
