Location was ok.
A lot. This place does not deserve a 9.1 rating. It is underneath the owners house, is dark and oppressive. There are no curtains so feels exposed and unsafe. It is damp. No aircon. We needed to run the very noisy fan and dehumidifier all the time. The appliances were fine but no microwave or oven. Don't think of significant self catering in the very limited kitchen. We were there 2 weeks but happily were visiting family so only were there at night. It was definitely overpriced. Choose somewhere else.

Great place to disconnect from the world and connect with your partner
The design was gorgeous, and great amount of space for a couple! The host was lovely and it was a great distance from everything we needed.
Would’ve been great to have wifi and/or television for a night in. Our data did not always work.

Very good
Very clean accommodation, very friendly and helpful hosts, spacious apartment, although for a maximum of two people. Since the apartment is located at ground level and under the terrace, it is a bit dark surrounded by plants.

Fantastically decorated!
By far the most wonderfully decorated place we've ever stayed! Cool vibe, and by car right near everything in Byron. Everything you could possibly need to be self-sufficient at home, and perfectly clean. You can tell it has been lovingly and expertly curated to look cool and feel accommodated for. Highly recommend! Not a huge bother to us, but some of the windows don't have curtains - it's still very private with the plants, and louvers, but something to consider.
