    Very nice, clean apartment

Clear instructions to check in, easy and safe service to collect key. Very attentive staff (remotely), very clean and comfortable apartment. All toiletries present and some complimentary coffee, etc too. I used the washing machine downstairs, but staff needs to be warned in advance if you will use it so they leave the door open for you or provide a key.

I annouced in advance I wanted to do my laundry on arrival and the door to the laundry room was shut at 4pm (checkin is at 3). I contacted the staff remotely to help me, they promptly found a solution but i wish they had told me before that a key was needed :) Small details make all the difference ;)
