  Nice house surrounded by nature

  Big house for two people. Well sized kitchen for making dinner. The house looked well maintained, especially considering the other places where we have stayed on the island. The window from the living room provided a view over the ocean. The airconditioning was strong enough to sleep comfortably and the beds were comfortable. The person meeting us was friendly and patiently explained us how to use the house and reach the house by car.

  The road to the house does not exist on Google maps. Although the owner made a good effort to direct visitors the right way, I still had some trouble finding it. During night time, when you turn off the lights, you will hear insects making loud noises even if you close all the windows. We saw a cockroach and a spider in the house, but that is to be expected on Yakushima island. We were given advice to use the bug spray or fly swatter available in the house.

  죠몬스기 등반과 오노아이다 온천, 사루카와 가쥬마루에 가기에 너무 좋은 위치. 숙소 실내에서 멀리 수평선이 보이고, 숙소 들어가는 진입로가 수풀로 우거져 밀림 같은 분위기가 너무 좋음. 밤에는 별도 많이 보이고, 프라이버시 완전 보장됨. 호스트가 친절함.

  매력이 많은 숙소인데, 청결도가 너무 아쉬움. 특히 침실 린넨과 목욕탕, 세면대 등 구석구석의 청결함이 떨어지고, 침실을 비롯해서 화장실 등 집안 곳곳에 눅눅하고 습한 냄새가 심함. 청소와 린넨을 신경쓰면 정말 좋은 숙소가 될듯.
