    No tener instrucciones del horno microondas y entramos con la lavadora estropeada y aunque pasó el técnico, tenía atascada ropa de los anteriores ocupantes y fue incapaz de cerrar el tambor y no pudimos hacer uso de la lavadora. No tiene aire acondicionado ok

    A review of the numerous communications between myself and the property will indicate that there were numerous problems.

    Excellent location. Nicely furnished.

    We rented the property for one month. During that time, inspite of numerous requests for clean sheets and towels, the sheets and towels were only changed once and the apartment was only cleaned once. We were told that any additional cleaning would be at our expense. The bed mattress was too soft causing back aches. The apartment is situated above the front door to the apartment building. The apartment building front door closes with a loud bank and this can be annoying when it occurs at 2 AM. Mold and wood rot were in the bedroom. The web site states that the security deposit should be returned within two weeks after check-out. Inspite of several requests concerning the status/return of the security deposit, no status update was provided. It has now been one month since check-out. The oven and broiler pan was dirty.
