We had to wait just to get the information for the arrival and the key instructions until the very moment of arriving, which produced a very bad feeling of not being sure that we were expected or that we were ever going to be able to enter the apartment. 2. The key system is just stupid and ridiculous: you have a huge old key attached with a 1meter chain to the safe box!! As if you were a thief that plans to steal the key. I've never seen anything like that. So once you have opened the door, you need to put the key and the 1 meter chain into the safe box! as there is hardly no space in the safe box, you spend quite some time to do this. And you have to do this each time you enter the appartment or leave the appartment if you want to lock the door! This means also that you can not lock yourself in as the key needs to remain stupidly attached into the safe box outside the apartment, and if you don't do close it properly, anyone can just get the key and enter the apartment. It doesn't make any sense. 3. One day we couldn't open the safe box to enter the apartment. As I explained, there is hardly any place in the safe box for the huge key plus the chain and the safe box was stuck. We contacted the owner who asked us to hit the safe box in order to unblock it but of course it didn't work. They kept us 2 hours waiting outside and finally when some one came, he didn't bring another key, as they thought it was us not being able to open the safe box. I'm still waiting for un apology. 4. The 150€ caution fee: I had to write many times the owners who had just excuses for not returning it. Finally I contacted Booking to open a dispute and I only got it back one month after we left. I had to spend a lot of my time and energy just to get my caution fee back. It was very unpleasent. In brief: don't go there, there are hundreds of places to stay in Lisboa problem free.

  Un beau séjour en famille pour visiter Lisbonne depuis son centre historique.

  Joli appartement dans le quartier historique de l'Alfama avec une décoration sobre mais agréable. Un salon relativement spacieux et une sale de bain en bon état.

  La rue est un peu bruyante pour laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit. Le logement est un peu loin du métro ce qui nécessite de prendre le bus ou le tram voire d'avoir le courage de grimper la colline de l'Alfama.
