    Vor Ort war eine Reinigung die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Weder haben wir den Zugangscode vom Schlüsselkasten noch das Passwort vom Internet erhalten. Die Wohnung ist als vier Personen-Wohnung angegeben, in den Schubladen in der Küche befanden sich eine Kuchengabel, drei Teelöffel. Die Küchenstühle waren Klappstühle, von denen einer die Rücklehne gebrochen war. Die Schranktüren, wenn man sie öffnete hingen nach unten. Es gab nur ein Handtuch und zwei Badetücher für 10 Tage im Badezimmer. Die Balkontür in einem Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht schließen weil sie verzogen ist. Die Fenstern in Der Stube waren schmutziger als bei den Bauern im Schweinestall. Über die angegebenen Telefonnummern hat man keine Person erreicht, nur per SMS. Acht SMS habe ich geschrieben bevor wir das richtige Passwort fürs Internet erhalten haben und so konnte man Abends nicht fernsehen.     Totally fine for its money☺️

    Location was great for us, as our plan was to explore not only Lisbon but area nearby. The apartment is quite old, though partially renovated; it’s very cozy and atmospheric with plenty of natural light. The value for money is quite reasonable.

    I didn’t like the 250 euro security deposit, but it was returned less than 7 days after the check out. However, I recommend you to record all existing damage in the apartment(broken cooktop for example) to have some evidence just it case. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, management company tried to be helpful and replied quite quickly to our messages, but they weren’t able to help, we had to use our mobile internet all the time. It needs some renovation but considering the price, this drawback can be forgiven.

    Spacious and well setup

    Not realising we had 2 flights of stairs to climb with luggage and a senior travelling partner.. I didnt remember to look for that detail. Parking was a bit of a challenge too.
