    Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans l’établissement. Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits, du 4 au 8 août dernier pour 5 adultes. Quelques heures avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un message de l’établissement qui annulait notre réservation en raison de la découverte de punaises de lit dans l’appartement. Nous sommes toujours en démarches pour nous faire rembourser notre séjour mais l’établissement ne veut pas nous rembourser les 1455$ canadien que nous avons déboursé et booking.com nous offre une maigre compensation de 109€ alors que nous avons dû nous reloger à nos frais et sans aide à la dernière minute et en pleine saison touristique. Vraiment un service de merde et de la part de l’établissement, et de la part de booking.com. Nous ne réserverons plus jamais avec eux, nous sommes très déçu du service reçu!!!

    Nice apartment with good location

    The apartment is located close to bus and trains. Its was nice and clean and as shown on pictures.

    Bed bugs ruined what would have otherwise been an OK stay

    Good location next to station and bust stop. The apartment has everything you need in terms of kettle, coffee maker, iron and all utensils except for a spatula so frustrating making eggs in the morning.

    The brown sofa in the living room has bed bugs. We came away with itchy raised bites which we initially dismissed as mosquito bites until we noticed a creature crawling on the sofa and alas it was a bed bug! The ensuite room has an unpleasant smell which is perhaps caused by the bathroom drain.
