    Location is great Bed was comfortable

    The room wasn't ready on my arrival. The codes hadn't been sent and nobody answered the phones. Then I asked to check out 1h later, which they refused. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

    Awesome premises, excellent location but no AC and, to make things worse, bad feedback from Mgmt

    Great location, beautiful and top of the range facilities, excellent hall and very professional Receptionist at the premises. One of the best places I ever stayed in Lisbon.

    Aircon. No matter how nice facilities are, no aircon means discomfort. The day I arrived it was 29 degrees outside and probably 50 degrees inside. I checked with Management and they, at first, pretended everything was OK and it was just a matter of following the instructions. Later they admitted that the aircon was out of order and that the announcement on Booking did mention no AC. How come they are marketing an apartment right in one of the main squares of Lisbon with lots of noise and requiring windows shut, to notice such announcement? If it was in bold or red, I would have noticed and would not stay in that location. Furthermore, all my dialog with management was on text. I asked to speak with some human being by phone and they refused. Last but not least: I found that a deposit of 500 Euros for two nights obscene. Once again, they said that it comes in the advertisement. I did not notice although I use Booking so much. They said that it may take up to two weeks to return the money, which is absurd, for such a short stay. And I broke a glass - I want to see how much the discount will be.

    great apartment, terrible communication and not particularly helpful hosts

    very clean, good location, spacious apartment

    communication was poor and confusing with wrong ai messages being sent at various timess. I kept asking if my elderly parents could leave their luggage after check out (there was a main reception downstairs) and I kept being told nearer the time they could tell me, afternoon before check out - no....not helpful in the slightest to 80 year olds travelling.

    We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in the centre of Lisbon. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable, and the building felt very secure with a concierge. The location was perfect — close to the metro and just a short walk from the main shopping street. Pastéis de Nata was literally just across the street, which was a very nice bonus! 😊 We also really appreciated the thoughtful little touches: bottled water in the fridge, laundry capsules and a coffee machine. Everything we needed was there. A great apartment in a fantastic location — we would happily stay here again!
