  Un petit coin de paradis au bout du monde

  L’emplacement, la vue incroyable, la tranquillité du lieu.

  Een fijne en rustige plek met een mooie locatie, maar met helaas enkele praktische problemen.

  De mooie en rustige locatie, met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een fijne plek om te verblijven en echt tot rust te komen.

  De wifi werkte tijdens ons hele verblijf niet, wat erg vervelend was. Daarnaast duurde het erg lang voordat de compensatie hiervoor uiteindelijk was geregeld, en de communicatie hierover verliep moeizaam. Ook werkte de toegangspoort niet goed en ging deze regelmatig moeilijk open en dicht.

  I am quite surprised by the low rating of the property. I staid there with my family for 9 days during the summer and it was quite wonderful. The location is remote and super quiet, you have a sea view, there is a large terasse with a dinner table. The property was fairly clean on arrival and in a good condition. The kitchen is a bit basic, but enough for holiday cooking. Being on the cliff near the ocean means that most of the time there is a cold breeze and it never gets too hot. Even in August, it sometimes got chilly at night - there is no air conditioning, but it was not needed. You need a car to get to the property, but there are restaurants, shops and beaches within a short driving distance. The wifi was reliable and quite fast (200/100 Mbps).

  Some of the other reviews are correct that it takes some skill to open and close the gate to the grounds. The gate should be fixed. I would have liked some instructions about the property, facilities and the area - all we got was an email via booking describing the very basics (the check in and check out is fully autonomous via a keybox).

  Amazing remote location with sea view and really quiet.

  The front gat was as good as broken and the wifi didnt work at all. Even after rwporting it, there was not really interesst in solving the issue.

  Traumhafte Lage, völlig alleine

  Top Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik. Man ist völlig alleine dort. Mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten in Sintra am Bahnhof, oder in 20 in Cascais am Bahnhof. Von dort easy in 40 Minuten mit dem Zug mitten in Lissabon. 5 Minuten bis zum Cabo da Roca.

  Wichtig: das letzte Stück bis zum Haus ist nicht asphaltiert! Man muss ca 1,5km durch den Schotter fahren. War bei uns unproblematisch, weil das Wetter top war und der Weg gut zu fahren mit dem Mietwagen. Stelle ich mir bei viel Regen schwierig vor! Um zum Haus zu gelangen sollte man mindestens ok gut zu Fuß sein! Dafür ist man aber wirklich komplett für sich
