    Great central location with good clear instructions prior to arriving, checks during and before leaving

    Clean and tidy, quiet. Within easy walking distance of the square and surrounding inner city sights. I was in Chch for work and could walk each day. Great having onsite parking.

    Balcony wasn’t able to be fully used as it had a structure on ground outside 2nd bedroom. Didn’t impact on enjoyment though.

    Great location and everything you need

    Great location walking distance to supermarket, great cafes and restaurants. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Great host communication.
